What Happened on The View Today

It’s been another busy day on the ABC daytime talk show The View, and here’s a quick look at what happened today.

The discussion among the panelists got heated and passionate when former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany stopped by to share her thoughts on the current state of the country. McEnany didn’t shy away from making sensational claims, asserting that Donald Trump provided “the strongest economy on record,” despite clear research to the contrary.

The other panelists didn’t let her comments go unchallenged and pushed back on her arguments. McEnany kept up her account, making a number of heated claims at one point. She sought to change the topic several times and was met with an array of opinions from the other co-hosts.

Touching Moment Featuring Candace Owens

The conversation became a bit more lighthearted when conservative commentator Candace Owens joined the discussion. Owens talked about her journey from the left to the right, and described the gratitude she felt, as a Black woman, for her life and the opportunities she’s been afforded in America.

Owens spoke about losing friends, former co-workers, and family members for her conservative views, and paid tribute to the opportunities she’s received in the United States. Her moving story drew applause from the audience and from one of her previous critics, Joy Behar.

Uplifting Song to Close Out the Show

To close out the show, Brandy dropped some seriously uplifting vocals with a performance of her hit song “Bound To You.” The show closed out on a sweet and optimistic note, leaving the audience feeling motivated and empowered.

Overall, it’s safe to say that the show today was a success. There were a number of opinions aired, stories were shared, and of course, a great performance that made it all the more special.
