What is the perfect human?

The Perfect Human – A Dream or a Reality?

Introduction

The concept of a “perfect human” has been fascinating humanity since the dawn of time. But is it possible to realistically achieve perfection? Can one improve and upgrade themselves to the point where they could be considered “perfect”? The answer to this is still hotly debated and could be argued that it is impossible to even define such a state of excellence, yet it is an intriguing subject nevertheless. In this article, we will examine what the perfect human might look like based on current thinking and popular culture.

Physical Attributes

When one closest considers the physical attributes that comprise the perfect human being, there are various aspects to consider. According to today’s popular standards, beauty is predicated on perfect symmetry, bodily proportions, and colouring. A perfect human, in this aspect, would be of a balanced body composition with a good distribution of muscle and fat, preferably with a leaner profile that indicates physical health and wellness. Height would be of the ideal height for gender and age, with strong bones and sturdy joints, flawless skin and features, perfect vision and posture, and very little to no physical ailments.

Mental and Emotional Attributes

In order to be considered the ‘perfect human’, having strong mental and emotional capabilities is arguably even more important than physical traits. For a perfect human, an ideal emotional state would mean an open and unbiased attitude full of empathy and compassion towards all living things. There would be no signs of aggression or hatred and they would have no prejudice or preconceived notions of any sort. Mentally, they would have sharpened intelligence coupled with excellent problem solving skills, driven by a profound and oftentimes daring creativity.

Final Message

It is unlikely that any human alive today can be considered the ‘perfect’ individual, for even if one person was to tick every box in terms of physical, emotional and mental attributes, there will always be a certain distinction from person to person – making the concept of a ‘perfect’ human unrealistic. What would constitute perfection one day could be vastly different the next day depending on societal edges and fashion trends. Nevertheless, striving for a higher level of excellence in the various areas of life is something we can all aspire to reach. If we could all strive for that level of perfection on a daily basis, the world might just be a whole better place.
